How it works, no surprises.

Trying something new can feel vulnerable. Here’s exactly what to expect from the moment you book to the moment you leave your first visit.

Get Scheduled

When you schedule your initial visit, you’ll receive a health assessment to complete before your first appointment. We will review your background before you arrive; no sitting in a waiting room. We’ve done our homework, so you get full focus.

A Real Conversation

Your first appointment will feel more like a conversation than a clinical exam. We’ll have a chat about what brings you in, your challenges, your goals, and determine if working together is a good fit.

Finding Your Patterns

After our conversation, we do a few quick assessments:

  • Bilateral Scale Assessment - Where is your body holding more weight or tension? I’m looking for your dominant tension pattern and your brain-body connection.

  • Posture Screen - Sometimes patterns show up in your posture that I don’t catch when you’re lying down.

  • NeuralCheck HRV Scan - A heart rate variability assessment that shows whether you are living from fight-or-flight or rest-and-digest. We can see your brainwave patterns, your central nervous system function, and where the gaps and strengths are.

We review all of this together, on the spot. You leave your first visit knowing exactly where you are and what is possible for you.

Choose Your plan

Based on everything we see, you’ll receive options that make sense for your body, your goals, and your life. You will be able to choose the option that works best for you.

Your first session

Should you feel that care is a good fit, you will get started right then and there with your first NetworkSpinal Entrainment.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

  • Traditional chiropractic typically focuses on correcting specific misalignments in the spine using manual adjustments, often involving that familiar "crack" or "pop." The goal is usually to relieve pain, restore joint mobility, and address a specific complaint.

NetworkSpinal takes a different approach. Rather than manually forcing the spine into a corrected position, NetworkSpinal uses light, precise touches along the spine called "entrainments." These gentle contacts cue your nervous system to develop new strategies for releasing tension, unwinding stress patterns, and self-correcting on its own.

Think of it this way: traditional chiropractic works more like a mechanic fixing a specific part, while NetworkSpinal is more like upgrading the operating system that runs the whole body. Over time, your spine and nervous system learn to adapt to stress more efficiently, which can lead to improvements that go far beyond just pain relief — including better sleep, more energy, clearer thinking, improved emotional resilience, and a deeper sense of overall well-being.

Both approaches have value, and many people benefit from each. NetworkSpinal simply offers a unique path that prioritizes teaching your body to heal and regulate itself from the inside out.

  • An entrainment typically lasts around 15 to 20 minutes on the table, though your total visit time may be a bit longer to allow for check-in and any breathing or integration exercises before or after. Unlike traditional chiropractic visits that can sometimes feel rushed, NetworkSpinal entrainments give your nervous system the time it needs to unwind, process, and create lasting change.

  • Yes! Many families prefer it to conventional chiropractic care. Kids respond very quickly, and manu choose NetworkSpinal care to support their kids Absolutely! NetworkSpinal is gentle enough for children of all ages, from newborns to teens, and many families actually prefer it to conventional chiropractic care. Kids tend to respond remarkably quickly, often seeing changes in just a few visits.

Parents choose NetworkSpinal care to support their children through a wide range of concerns, including allergies, immune system challenges, eczema, ADHD, ADD, autism, torticollis, and healthy muscle, bone, and joint development. It's also a wonderful way to support kids as they hit important developmental milestones, helping their growing bodies adapt and thrive.

Whether your child is dealing with a specific concern or you simply want to give them a strong foundation for overall wellness, NetworkSpinal offers a safe, low-force approach designed to work with their body's natural ability to heal and grow.

  • We’re not contracted with any insurance companies. Many practice members use HSA/FSA. If finances are a concern, we will always work with you to find a solution and be up front in our pricing, no surprises.

  • Wear something comfortable and easy to lay down in. Since entrainments involve light touches along your spine, we'll need easy access to your neck and back, so you can remove bulky jackets or hoodies before laying down. You'll remain fully clothed during your visit.

  • Every person is different, so there's no one-size-fits-all answer. Some people notice shifts after their very first entrainment — things like deeper breathing, reduced tension, or a feeling of lightness. For others, it may take a handful of visits before changes become noticeable.

What we can say is that NetworkSpinal is designed to build on itself over time. Each visit helps your nervous system develop new patterns, so the benefits tend to compound the longer you're in care. Most people begin to notice meaningful changes within their first few weeks. During your initial assessment, we'll talk through a care plan tailored to where you are and where you want to go.

  • In most cases, yes. Because NetworkSpinal uses extremely light, gentle touches rather than manual manipulation or forceful adjustments, it's often a great option for people recovering from surgery — including spinal surgeries, joint replacements, and other procedures.

In fact, many people seek out NetworkSpinal specifically during their recovery process. Surgery addresses the structural issue, but it doesn't always resolve the stress patterns, tension, and compensation habits your body developed before and after the procedure. NetworkSpinal can help your nervous system recalibrate, support your body's natural healing process, and ease the physical and emotional stress that often comes with recovery.

That said, timing matters. We'll want to coordinate with your surgeon or medical provider to make sure you've healed enough to begin care safely. During your consultation, we'll review your surgical history, any restrictions you've been given, and create an approach that respects where your body is in the healing process.

Whether you're weeks or years post-surgery, NetworkSpinal can be a powerful complement to your recovery and long-term wellness.
