From The Jane App click “sign in” in the upper right corner. From there, you can reschedule or cancel, view upcoming visits, update billing, and access your scans.

Care Club clients have no fee to reschedule NetworkSpinal sessions, and 24 hours’ notice is always appreciated.
For Initial Visits, Progress Evaluations, Classes and à la carte visits, 24 hours’ notice is needed to make changes- visits missed or changed within that window will incur the full visit rate. A $1 deposit is collected to reserve first visits + classes.
You can make changes to your appointment online up to 24 hours before your visit. If you’re within 24 hours, online changes won’t be available. Simply book a new visit and leave a note in the “thank you for booking” section with the appointment you’d like canceled. I’ll take care of the rest.

Progress evaluations occur initially at the 6, 12, and 24 week mark to ensure that we are on target in meeting your goals. After the initial phase of care, progress evaluations occur every 6 months, or if a life or health change warrants a look.
Anticipate 30 minutes for a one-on-one progress evaluation and a table session following.
24 hours for cancellations, as the office is reserved just for you. A lifestyle assessment is emailed for you to complete in advance of your appointment.

FAMILY CARE:
The family member receiving care most often is the primary, others receive the family enrollment rate.

Pause care for up to 90 days with a $30 administrative fee and keep current rates without forfeiting unused visits.
Should you request to discontinue or change the frequency of care in the middle of a billing cycle, all services received will be itemized at the individual a la carte rates.
Any remaining balance will be calculated and refunded accordingly. If you need to change or stop a payment kindly give 10 days notice.

Payment: Visa/MC/Amex/Discover & FSA/HSA are accepted for the Care Club. Care club membership auto-renews on a monthly basis or can be paid in one sum (via credit, cash, or check) on a bi-annual basis as selected by you.
You are responsible for planning for the auto renewal accordingly. You will not receive a reminder on monthly or bi-annual auto renewal.
Insurance: Please note that Windhorse does not accept or process any insurance or third party payments, nor medicare and cannot submit statements to medicare. Medicare recipients must notify Windhorse and sign an ABN to receive care at Windhorse.
